Sasha and Doyle. You have to appreciate his point of view. -Laura

I know people like Doyle. Some of those who I know like this are what I would term observers. They really listen to others and comment when it is impactful. Sometimes the comments can seem harsh, but that is more my reaction to facing truthfulness for the situation and for myself. Doyle is a truth giver. He does try to soften his tone when needed and is an affectionate and loving person in this series. This shows that Nora does not write one dimensional characters! It is really a testament to her writing that she can fully flesh out a character like Doyle and make him multifaceted.
Definitely a man of few words, but when he speaks everyone listens x
More people should take this approach
Interesting mix of characters in this first book of the trilogy
There are a fascinating mix of people.
I love this series
Es verdad lo que dice, pero a veces hay que hablar solo por hablar. Algo sin sentido. Suelto. Sin motivo.
I need to re-read this. I've forgotten how much fun it was.
Having something to say really makes a good conversation
Wonderful story!!
Doyle is actually one of my favorite characters from this series. He has the most to work through because of all the years he has lived and all the situations he has lived through
Perfect
Yup I love that about him!
Doyle sees Sasha for who she is & respects that
He’s a man of few words, for sure!!!
Agreed lol
I like this line....he is who he is
Margaritas don't fix everything, but they helped pave the way for Riley and Sasha to clear the air about Riley's secret. Plus they taste good. -Laura

Text reads:
“You took an oath.”
“I took one to you, too.”
“Yeah, you did. And now that I’m tired of being mad, I can see you’d taken steps to keep both, and quickly. It seems like forever, Riley, and it’s been days. Just days.”

I’m going to re-read this trilogy. I love all the characters
I understand why Sasha was mad at Riley. But when Riley told the the truth about the oath, Sasha wasn’t upset anymore. But she had more respect for Riley and they found a way to handle it.
Would love to hang out with this crew for margaritas! Ole!
because of the quote from last week, i've started this series and I'M LOVING IT! I've had a couple of spoilers here but nothing too drastic yet 🙂
You can see the growth and closeness of these 2 in such a short time. It is great to see Sasha come out of her shell
Time seems to stretch and contract depending on what is going on in life
Oh and unpopular opinion, but I don't like margaritas 🤦♀️ Being English we solve everything with a cup of tea. 😂
I just re-read this series in two days. I am now going to start on the Circle Trilogy.
This string of posts inspired me to pull these off the shelf for another reread. About halfway through the second now. Good times!
Just reread this trilogy. It's so good.
We made margaritas last night
This is one of the only stories that I can think of that acknowledges that forming true bonds usually takes longer than a couple of days.
Sasha leads by example in many ways & 1 is an example of a true friend, she forgives them.
I love this series so much!!!
Great story
Interesting learning about how these characters interact
An equable solution
Y al final las margaritas ayudan a distender y que ambas se entiendan y comprendan
Love that trilogy 🌠
Reading this series at the moment, BRILLIANT.🤗
Great line....love this book series!
Just started the audio version of this series, already read them in 2015. Loving the second time around.
Just finished rereading, again, Stars of Fortune, so wonderful. On the book 2!
I figured a reread was in order for this page’s conversation. I forgot how much I liked this trilogy
LOVE this series. Have re read several times!! 😁
It's Nora's favorite time of year -- getting her hands dirty in the garden. I just posted her update over on the blog. -Laura ... See MoreSee Less

Your love of flowers has always been a fun part of your stories🌸💐🌷
I love gardening! I recently discovered strawberries growing in my back yard. I also have a little peach tree that I grew from a seed
Oh WOW!! Everything is just so beautiful. Thankyou so much for sharing your glorious gardens. Makes me feel so happy that spring is here!
I love your gardens!! Beautiful landscaping!! Can’t believe Logan’s twenty years old!! I can still remember him as a beautiful baby!! I recently saw him at the store. What a handsome guy!! ❤️
What nursery does she use plants are georgous and I don’t live far from Nora
I just happen to be reading the third book in the "In the Garden trilogy", the series has been a great read. On the East Coast of Australia, it's Autumn and the weather is cooling.
Absolutely magical! You've conjured up your vision, laid the trellis work, with hard work and love. The earth will reward your work and love by holding the fragile petals and stems, feeding into the growth of your vision bringing you your lush reward. A garden of whimsy, color, and ever blooming, changing life displayed through your windows. Bravo Nora! You create a new "landscape " again and share it with us so graciously. Enjoy your reward. It's lovely and you have earned it. Much admiration and gratitude. ♡
Looks amazing, love the tiered planting beds. What fun to do this every year. Always have great luck with proven winners. We will not be ready for awahile yet, zone 3b Canada
Your garden is always so lovely. We just got a frost warning for our county in Central Jersey for tonight. So no plants here...but soon.
oh, Nora. I just planted one parsley, and, I’m pooped! fortunately we live on an island off an island, mostly wilderness area, called by our volunteer fire dept.,an Interface zone. 🙀So, plants only on the deck.🤭
Always so beautiful. I have 4 rose bushes. They are so beautiful and very quirky, if I say so myself.
Wow! You will be busy for a while. I know it’ll be beautiful when it’s all done and you can sit and relax with a glass of wine and just enjoy seeing all that beauty. 🥂🌷🌺🌸🌹🌼🌻🥀💐
Such a beautiful garden Nora🌞🦋🌹…and Happy Birthday Logan🥳🙌🏼🎉
Lovely garden! Spring hit quite early here in France as well, but now we're back in winter. Mid april we had 25°C and now we have night frost, 10°C and a icy cold wind. It was weird walking the dog wearing my winter coat, a scarf and a hat and at the same time seeing all new leaves on the trees and wildflowers on the verge of the road. Hopefully the forecast is right and it gets warmer towards the end of the week.
I'm hoping to get my wildflower seeds in soon 🤗💖 have a lilac bush coming from a friend and I'm growing Butterfly Bushes from Seeds 🙏 they're just small seedling 🌱 hopefully they will grow up 💖💖😜my other friend is going through her garden and thinning out her plants for me along with getting me a Raspberry Bush ever growing one 😜😁😍🌞🌞🌞 love your books 📚 Nora Roberts 💖💖💖📚💖💖💖💖💖😍 can't wait for the next New ones 😍😊
Every spring I tell myself to have “some” restraint at the garden nursery - then I say to myself “buy what you want to plant”!
I cannot imagine how many years it took you to get your landscaping “just so”, but it looks like a place to relax and just be. Beautiful space.
It’s too early to plant annuals in Western Oregon. I have seedlings planted earlier in mini greenhouses….zinnias, strawflowers, statice, cosmos, dahlias from seed, sunflowers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and pumpkins. Larkspur and snapdragons can take cooler temps so are almost ready to go in the raised beds.I don’t grow many veggies as it’s just me but I grow lots of flowers and give bouquets to friends and neighbors. Gardening therapy is the best. Happy growing Nora and everyone else.
I’m listening to the In the Garden trilogy to welcome the spring
Your garden looks amazing. X
Had to divide my daylillies and for some reason the weeds have located some cache of plant steroids and gone wild. Going to be a huge pain but worth it in the end
Love spring planting 💐🪴🌷
I planted my first garden in 20+ years this year and already have plants breaking ground. I'm so excited.
Lovely flora nora lol
I need to go a mend myself a few too🙂
