Experience
I have experience with a diverse range of clients, as an online counsellor with Lot 36 Agency, providing short-term counselling at the University of East London and as volunteer counsellor at The Centre for Better Health in Hackney.
In addition to this, I also have decade of experience working in education and charities with young people, promoting wellbeing and good mental health. Alongside private practice, I currently serve as Mental Health Lead in a secondary school.
Qualifications
I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I also ensure I keep my skills up to date by undertaking continual professional development.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20 minute consultation to find out more about why youre seeking therapy, answer any questions you may have, and to ensure we are a good match. After this consultation, if you wish to work with me, we agree a date and time for our sessions.
Fees
I charge £60 for a 50 minute session.
When I Work
I work on Wednesdays between 2pm-8pm and on Fridays between 1-8pm.
