Login Scenario for Employees:

Employees can login DSS using their employee code and windows system- password Before Login in DSS Portal User to check Windows user ID and Windows Password By login in Desktop and Laptop.

For the first time login Registration page will be populated which is Mandatory for Mobile Number , Email id. DOB verification.Once details are verified user need to enter OTP for succesful registration.

To reset DSS password they need to reset their windows system password only with the help of local Infra team.

Login Scenario for Agents:

Agents need to login DSS using their Agent Code and password which is shared on their email ID – This is default password This can be changed.

For the first time login Registration page will be populated which is Mandatory for Mobile Number , Email id. DOB , LicenseNo verification.

Also Agent can reset their password using forgot password link.

Partners can login using their Partner code and password which is shared on their registered email id.
