What is Art-3000?

Our art gallery was created in an effort to build an online site for a small group of artists. To keep the site more interesting for us and for visitors, we decided to open the site for other artists as well. If you have artistic photos or pictures of your art works you're welcome to sign-up and post them in our online gallery. We welcome any type of pictures - paintings, artistic photos, practically anything related to art. For artists who wish to sell their works we provide a way for potential buyers to communicate directly with you. We do not limit the number of contact messages and do not charge a commission. In fact, our online art gallery is completely free - you don't need to pay to sign-up or display your works. To register on the site you only need to provide your e-mail address, and your name or alias.

December 12, 2021: Image review process

We implemented image review process, which, we hope, will improve visual quality of Art-3000 gallery pages. This process will help us to eliminate all non-art, poor quality or duplicate content from the home page and site's browse pages, while still allowing that content in artists' personal galleries.

December 9, 2020: We are moving to a new server

The Art-3000 gallery will be moved to a new server today (Wednesday, December 9). Our new server will be faster and more responsive. The move will start in the second half of the day. We do not anticipate any downtime.

May 21, 2020: SSL encryption (again)

To further improve site security we switched entire Art-3000 gallery to SSL. The switch should also eliminate "insecure page" notifications on contact us and contact artist forms, and on some other pages as well.

July 18, 2019: Site maintenance

We need to replace one of hard disk drives on the Art-3000 server. That will be done on July 18 at 10PM US Eastern time. As a result, the site will be unaccessible for about 1 hour, i.e. from 10PM EST to about 11PM EST.
