Conversion Specialist, Natural Cycles

2017 – Present

Natural Cycles was founded around the vision that every pregnancy in the world should be wanted by focusing on increasing contraceptive choice and education.

Working in the Analytics & Growth team to improve the customer journey, from the first thought up until being a happy and retained customer. I work with conversion rate optimization and run experiments to test my hypotheses about how we can improve KPIs like Conversion Rate, CPA and LTV.

Conversion Specialist, Conversionista!

2015 – 2017

Conversionista! is scandinavia’s top Conversion Rate Optimizers.

Formulating hypotheses based on quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research. A/B testing my hypothesis and measuring the results to announcing the winning variation using statistical inference.
I’ve been working with major Swedish brands and I’m currently working with IKEA’s global optimization team to increase their online sales.

2014 – 2015
Helping people to lose weight through an online based coaching program that I developed together with a dietitian. I was working with social media marketing, content & email marketing and web design. Our blog, that I edited, ended up being voted as the 3rd best health blog in Sweden in the Guldhjärtat awards. Guldhjärtat is like the Oscars but for Swedish health blogs with jurys from all the major national health magazines.

Meanwhile, I was also freelancing as a growth hacker for a client whom I helped reach the top 10 list on iTunes in Sweden with her podcast.

2012 – 2014
Helping large international enterprises like IKEA, Atlas Copco, Sandvik and LKAB to simplify their processes with ERP software. I was involved in running training, pre-sales, writing requirements specifications and improving user interfaces.

I was helping small and medium-sized enterprises to increase sales through better visibility online, by advertising on three of Sweden’s largest newspapers online (expressen.se, DN.se and Di.se).

Studied in the CS program with a main focus on UX and interaction design. Here I also learned basic skills in project management, software development, SQL, database management and programming.
