Welcome to my Practice

Our mission is to help individuals, both adults and children discover and live up to their full potential. We inspire hope, encouragement and motivation. We strive to empower clients with competence and self-appreciation. Clients will experience change and growth that will lead to significant increases in their performance capability academically, professionally and socially.

We diagnose and provide counseling for most mental health conditions. We specialize in ADHD counseling services and Trauma / PTSD counseling. Our approach is brief and integrative, therefore you will not have to be in counseling forever. 6-12 counseling sessions are usually adequate to help resolve an issue.

We serve the Tampa Bay Florida area including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Palmetto, Sarasota and Riverview. Our counseling office is located in North St. Petersburg, FL.
