Profiel van het bedrijf: Financial Shared Service Center responsible for AP, AR, GL and Payroll processing.
Profiel van de opdracht: • Document the payroll process for 12 entities (work instructions), including the capturing of exceptions; • Help in the implementation of Gross to Net reporting (catch up first 2 quarters and roll out reporting). Changed our process effective Q3; • Standardization of journal preparation (based on Gross to Net); •Filing on box retroactively until start of the Fiscal year.
Profiel van de manager: • In-depth understanding and experience of payrolls within the EMEA region (not only the NL) • Good interaction with the payroll team to obtain required information to prepare clear and accurate written payroll guidelines as required by the business • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent English Language skills both oral and written • Excellent MS Office skills, SAP pre • Good interpersonal communication skills • Good team player • Ability to maintain confidentialit
Opmerkingen: Provide details on the countries you did the payroll processing for. Secondment assignment is an option. Startdate April. 20th 2015.
