About Us

Transforming Resources is led by Kip Wahlquist

  • Christ-centered and biblically-based
  • 30+ years of pastoral counseling and life coaching experience
  • Master of Divinity and M.A. in Counseling degrees (both from Trinity, 1993)
  • Licensed minister
  • Board Certified Master Life Coach
  • Happily married for 33 years; 4 children; one grandchild
  • Developed and implemented healing prayer ministries, support groups, Stephen Ministry, Peacemaker® Ministry, and multiple other support and care ministries
  • Experienced Prepare Counselor (pre-marriage counseling)
  • Experienced church staff supervisor and senior staff member
  • Leadership team member during senior pastor transitions and organizational change
