Frederik Van Lierde (Menen, 25 mei 1979) is een Belgische triatleet actief sinds 1997. Hij is lid van Les Sables Vendée Triathlon (LSVT).

Van Lierde wordt sinds 2011 getraind door tweevoudig Hawaï-winnaar Luc Van Lierde (geen familie). Op 14 oktober 2012 kwam hij vanuit zesde positie terug om derde te worden op de Ironman Hawaii in een tijd van 8:24:09. In september 2012 won hij op 5 dagen tijd de Zwintriatlon Knokke en de 1/2 triatlon Narbonne. Eind juni 2012 won hij nog de Ironman van Nice in een nieuw parcoursrecord van 8:21:51[1] Op 12 oktober 2013 won hij de Ironman Hawaï in een tijd van 8:12:29.

Op 22 december 2013 werd hij in België verkozen tot 'Sportman van het Jaar'.[2]

Van Lierde is getrouwd en heeft twee zonen.
