We believe that all bodies are good bodies and want you to feel comfortable in your own skin. Our salon welcomes all ages, genders, and people to enjoy our services.
We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our stylists, we have implemented a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged at 100%. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for the benefit of all.
We do not offer refunds on any products or services. If you have an issue with any service, please contact us immediately so that we can help! Clothing may be returned within 30 days with the tags still attached.
We want you to love any service you get with us! If you have any issues or need a fix for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your service to receive a complimentary fix.
All minors under the age of 18 are required to wear some type of undergarments while getting a spray tan. We provide disposable thongs and nipple stickers complimentary to all clients that you can use, or you may wear your underwear, bra, or swimsuit as well - the spray tan will wash off anything you wear. Whatever you choose to wear will create a tan line.
