Check-in and check-out

We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 am. You can check into your room from 3:00 pm. If you need to arrive after 8:00 pm, please inform us by telephone. Hotel services begin at 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival and end after breakfast on the day you depart. As part of our half-board, you can order special dinners suitable for food intolerances (for an extra fee). You can start your stay with us any day of the week.

Cancellations

Damit Just in case something happens, we offer travel insurance from Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG. Find more information here!

The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply. This means that cancellations made three months before departure incur no costs; cancellations made up to one month before arrival are charged 40% of the total price; cancellations made up to one week before arrival are charged 70% of the total price; and cancellations made within one week of arrival are charged 90% of the total price. Your deposit will be retained in any case for any expenses incurred. Cancellations are only valid if communicated in writing.

Bookings - payment

When a reservation is made, i.e. after receipt of your deposit, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions are considered to apply. Our bank account details can be found in your reservation confirmation. After receipt of your deposit we guarantee your reservation. You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with an EC (debit) card with pin code. We do not accept credit cards - thank you for your understanding!

Pets

We welcome pets! We charge € 18.00 per day (without food) for cleaning costs. Please bring your own pet bed and blanket. Dogs are not allowed in our dining rooms in winter! From July to September, the Ofenstube dining room is reserved for guests with dogs.

Extra fees and surcharges

Short stays of up to 3 days: € 10.00 per person per day. "Half weeks" (stays of 3-4 days) can be booked up to one week before arrival.

Breakfast on the day of your arrival:  € 21.00 per person. If you choose to book breakfast only (instead of half-board), we will deduct € 15.00 per person per day.

There are no refunds for non-use of services contained in a holiday package.

Package prices include ski passes. If you choose not to take a ski pass, the normal weekly rate on our website applies!
