‘Mostly we absolutely loved it. Was wonderful arriving and being able to walk or take hotel transport anywhere. Lots of activities that kept everyone happy; we did not want to come home. Breakfast was great. Room service excellent (and decent prices).’

From the way we were welcomed by our porter George, to the reception, the room and the breakfast, I was quite impressed by the personalised customer- friendly service by all staff members. We enjoyed the breakfast menu and the ambience in the Peninsula Restaurant. During lunch at The Bar, the band sang us a song to celebrate our 15-year wedding anniversary.

Firstly, thank you for all your efforts in making our holiday to Sun City a very memorable one. It really exceeded my expectations. From our arrival, to checking in and out, everything was ever so easy. The staff at the Cascades were awesome. A brilliant experience. Once again, THANK YOU.

The Cascades Hotel experience overall was very positive. The hotel is very central, service was excellent, and restaurants provided a wide array of choice.

The 2 days at Sun City were a marvelous end to our 3 weeks in Southern Africa. It is about 16 years since I stayed there last and it lived up to the billing I had given my wife. The member of staff that stood out for us was Lydia the Concierge, very helpful and friendly, a great asset.

We had a very nice time at SunCity. Our kids loved it and made friends with all the staff. The staff were super friendly as in most of Africa. We visited the Palace Hotel one day for afternoon tea and were amazed at how beautiful it was and sad that we were not staying there instead.
