Vitamin C :   Protects the body against cold, gives a good rush of energy in the  morning and   compensate the lack of vitamine C present in fresh fruits and vegetables. A slow relase   pill of 500mg per day is recommended.
Vitamin complex :   Isoxan endurance : 3 times a day, specific vitamines for atheletes who do long term   effort.
Good bacterias :   During your expedition you will have stomach issues. These good bacterias help to   rebuild your intestinal flora when using antibiotics.
Cough drops :   Take care of your throat! Don't wait to have a Khumbu cough that will break your ribs to   start using cough drops (strepsils).
Cold medicine   Taking the plane, changing countries, changing climate or type of food will weakened   your  body, you may catch a cold easily at the beginning of your expedition. Take the   right medecine to cure that cold.

 

Mix of vegetal oil :

 If you try to get some weight before your expedition : Mix of olive oil (50%), soja oil (12,5%), nuts oil (12,5%), colza oil (12,5%) and wheat oil  (12,5%).  (30gr every day).

Water

It is essential for a good acclimatization to drink a lot of fluids.  
- Drink before feeling thristy, at that time, your body is already suffering from dehydratation.
- Drink 500ml before starting the effort (training or the ascent) .
- If you are dehydrated , you can drink up to 1 liter per hour.
- In altitude, try to drink 5 liters/day
