Presently I’m fully occupied for Telindus Belgacom ICT with all telephony related issues on
the A.S.T.R.I.D. project.
This could be configuring redundant connections or investigating CTI problems on PBX level.
But also searching, testing and proposing end user equipment like wireless headsets.
Arrange or attend meetings with the customer and/or end users to understand problems and
look for possible solutions.
I also follow close the technical part of the recording of digital, analogue and VoIP telephone
calls on Verint software.
As the main point of contact I assist both call desk and technicians when dealing with tickets,
problems and changes
