BRAIN email notices may be identified as low priority messages and placed in the Clutter folder in Microsoft Outlook. It is possible that this issue may affect all BRAIN modules that produce email notifications, including IRB, IACUC, IBC, and SPO etc.
In order to prevent BRAIN email notices from automatically routing to your Clutter folder, you can either train Clutter to recognize messages or disable the Clutter feature in the email system.

For any further questions regarding the Microsoft Clutter feature, please contact the BCM Office of Information Technology (OIT) at it-support@bcm.edu.
