Ordered articles will be shipped within 1-5 days of receiving your payment with a bank transfer on our account. Shipments should arrive at the latest within 28 days but we will do our best to deliver them promptly! We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed by email and payment has been done, your items will be shipped. Luc Binst bvba cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control. The customer is responsible for paying the estimated shipping cost. The shipping cost will vary according to weight and delivery destination of the ordered items and will be calculated through the buying process. Be sure we look for the most reliable and economic solution for the shipment of your order and that we make no profit on postage costs! International orders are subject to the custom fees charged by the destination’s government. Luc Binst bvba has no control or responsibility over any charges that may be applied by the destination country.
The prices are indicated in Euro including VAT. BINST TO WEAR reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. The payment can only be done by payment by bank transfer on our account.
An article purchased online may be exchanged or reimbursed only if you notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the item and return it to us within 14 days of the order ship date on your own expense (21 for international orders). The article must be sent back without any damage, without having been worn and in its original packaging. It shall be the customer's responsibility to retain all proof of return. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Past that period of 7 days, the products will be considered as in compliance with your order thus accepted by you. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please clarify any doubts about sizing before ordering.
In the case of a return shipment due to damages or quality defects, Luc Binst bvba will pay all shipping costs. The customer is required to use a shipping method that does not include unnecessary shipping costs. Either the shipping costs will be reimbursed after the fact or will be transferred in advance as requested by the customer.
