- Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes early for class. Classes start on time and the door may be locked when class starts.
- Our classes are designed for everyone! Beginning and advanced students welcome.
- New Students please arrive 20 - 30 minutes early for sign-up.
- Bring a bottle of water, a large towel and a yoga mat (available for rent or purchase at the studio).
- Wear light, form-fitting clothing you can sweat in.
- Showers and change rooms are available.
- Come well hydrated on an empty stomach.
- Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
