Be sure to scroll until the end of the form :
Tick the accept Rules box and then the
“Submit Application ” button.

You will be given the chance to review and change the information before finally submitting it. You must click on the Submit Applicaton at the bottom of this page to have your details forwarded to Admin to register.

If you are returned to the form after submitting it, correct as per instructions and re-enter the confirm email address and password. Check that all fields are filled in. Try again.
