  • Dear Bram,

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to get in touch after seeing your fantastic images on Unsplash. I work for a wildlife conservation charity called Wildscreen, our mission is to bring the best filmmakers and photographers together with the most committed conservationists to create compelling stories about the natural world; that inspire the wider public to experience it, feel part of it and protect it. We’ve got a few different initiatives – Arkive, Exchange and Wildscreen Festival.

I’m getting in touch to tell you more about the Wildscreen Exchange to see if it is something that you would consider getting involved with. Exchange is a free and affordable photo and video library that conservation organisations can use for their non-commercial communications, such as websites, social media, education resources, campaigns, community outreach, etc. We currently work with over 250 conservation organisations in over 40 countries, and have a focus on smaller organisations who are unable to access imagery.

After speaking to Unsplash, they were happy to allow us to use the images from their library within ours due to their open licencing, so we are making our way through their database at the moment finding as many beautiful wildlife images as we can. After seeing your images on Unsplash and looking at your website, we loved your photos so much we wanted to get in touch to ask whether you would be willing to contribute any more of your images to our library to help conservation organisations.

If you want to check out the website, you can do so here: https://www.wildscreenexchange.org/ and if you have any questions about any of the above, please let me know and I’ll be very happy to answer them.

    All the best,

    Hannah
