According to new reports in Spain, several Chelsea players are prepared to leave London for Barcelona. Could it be?

As we previously informed you, rumors in Catalunya remain strong that Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois, on loan at Atletico Madrid, is open to the possibility of a switch to FC Barcelona.

Now, two other Chelsea players are supposedly ready to make the same change. David Luiz has been a Barcelona target for a while and it's no surprise to hear his name yet again. However, it's worth bearing in mind that last year this same rumor cropped up and nothing came of it.

The other player is Eden Hazard. According to a report in the Catalan paper Mundo Deportivo, Hazard offered himself to Barcelona using Courtois as an intermediary. Hazard made headlines for a back-and-forth with Jose Mourinho after Chelsea's Champions League exit, though Mourinho maintained the quotes were taken out of context.

An unnamed Barcelona scout is supposedly in constant contact with Courtois, and when Hazard decided to leave, Courtois informed the scout that the forward would be willing to force the issue with Chelsea if Barca were interested.

The London-based Daily Mirror, meanwhile, has said Chelsea are prepared to part with Luiz and Hazard to raise funds for a squad renovation. Luiz would be pursued by Barcelona and Bayern Munich, whereas Hazard is close to Paris Saint-Germain. However, the Mirror says Courtois would not leave Chelsea, instead returning from his loan to stake a claim for the Blues' #1 shirt.
