Thank you for your review. We are really sorry that your order was delayed. It was due to a technical fault in our payments system which affected only a very small number of orders. It appeared to us that we were still waiting for the payment and that is why we did not send out the order until we found a matching payment.

We will refund the delivery charge to you.

Great!

Enveloppe Nederland was unable to deliver my order in time and made me a great offer to resolve the situation. I did not take them up on the offer however, which was also fine with them. The envelopes came in and look and feel wonderful and I will have great pleasure sending them to my customers. Thanks Enveloppe Nederland!

prompt service and good quality

The servcie was very fast, fatsre than expected, and I like the quality of the envelops.
Moreover the dite is very explicit, on colors, delivery, sizes etc.
I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

orange enveloppes

Overall I was very please with the initial service i received as I got sent sample of the different coloured envelopes. However this was because i was not able to get a CMYK colour code or Pantone colour code. This would be useful information to have to secure that what you see on the website is what you will get in reality.

I was also disappointed to find out 2-3 days delivery was dependent on British holidays as i was not aware that the envelopes were being sent form England. My order was delayed by one day because there was a bank holiday in England. This should have been communicated so i could adjust my expectations on arrival date.

The envelopes themselves are great and at a good price.
