    📢 Het is weer zondag, dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor ons #ProjectVanDeWeek. Deze week blikken we terug op het Autotask-project bij onze klant CXL - Customer Experience Leaders . 💬 Over CXL: CXL is een contactcenter dat gespecialiseerd is in (in- en outbound) customer care en sales. Verder kun je het bedrijf ook inschakelen voor sociale media-, chat- en administratieve activiteiten. 🎫 Over het project: CXL is al jaren klant bij AppSys. De afgelopen tijd gaven ze aan dat ze beperkingen ervaarden met hun ticketsysteem. Daarop stelden we bij AppSys de software van Autotask PSA voor. Één van onze consultants gaf hen een demo en al snel werd duidelijk dat Autotask antwoord bood op de problemen die ze met hun vorige ticketsysteem ervaarden. De voorbije weken zijn we bezig geweest met de uitwerking van het project. Hiervoor zorgden we voor een vlotte omschakeling van het oude systeem naar Autotask. Daarnaast kozen we ook voor een opleiding-on-the-go-approach zodat de interne key users zelfstandig flows kunnen inrichten en ze ook verder kunnen uitbreiden. De oplossing in het kort: ▶ In kaart brengen van de pijnpunten ▶ Huidige bedrijfsprocessen bijsturen/aanpassen ▶ Omschakeling van oude systeem naar Autotask ▶ Opleiding key users ▶ Ondersteuning Voordelen: ✔ Beter overzicht en inzicht ✔ Meer efficiëntie ✔Automatisatie ✔ Meer mogelijkheden #AppSys #AppSysICTGroup #ITpartner
