Role Summary 
Our client immediately requires an experienced Project Manager to work on the B2B Sales Effectiveness and Order Management Programme.

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager you will be primarily be accountable for the alignment of the proposition roadmap to the release schedule & the organisation re-design.

Key Accountabilities:

    Manage a sizeable project team of internal staff and external vendors (up to 30+ people across 3-4 work streams, including internal, contract, 3rd party suppliers and Systems Integrator Partners)
    Lead the project team to define and deliver the end to end business outcomes on which the project is reliant.  This includes both the technical delivery and the associated revision to business processes to use that technology.
    Deliver the project(s) to agreed milestones, quality standards, and budget.
    Manage and be accountable for all aspects of cross-project risk, issues, and dependencies
    Identify, track and manage intra & inter Programme/portfolio dependencies with other business initiatives and key projects proactively
    Engage, contract and manage 3rd party vendors where appropriate
    Build strong sustainable relationships with project and business stakeholders
    Provide appropriate project MI externally and for steering committee meetings
 

Key Skills and Requirements: 

    Project Management Experience:

o   5+ years project management experience with proven ability to effectively run and deliver projects in dynamic, fast paced and challenging environments.

o   Excellent stakeholder management skills.

·      Industry and domain experience: Sales Effectiveness and Order Management

·      Qualifications: qualified through a range of project and Programme Methodologies (e.g. MSP, Prince 2, PMP, etc.) 

·      Environment: Comfortable managing large, matrixed project teams (containing internal, external, 3rd party suppliers, systems integrators)

Our client, a Global Financial Services Business immediately requires a Senior Business Analyst to work on their infrastructure projects. 

Business Analysts need to contribute a strong command of data centre management, infrastructure and security, virtualisation, authentication, storage, backup and facilities engineering.

They have technically very competent business users and it is important that the Business Analysts can manage questions on infrastructure technical requirements

Key Accountabilities:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and the Head of Business Analysis you will be accountable for delivering the business analysis for this Programme.  Business Analysts work in a global team environment, and package requirements in a manner that can be readily consumed by Enterprise Architects, Engineers, Information Security and Service Transition.

Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

·         Capture and communicate the business problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups

·         Understanding the business case and project scope

·         Developing requirements (business, user and software requirements — functional and non-functional) and establishing traceability to the business vision

·         Ensuring architecture and designs meet business requirements whilst complying with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering standards

·         Managing the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreement between the customer and the project team

·         Ability to navigate the IT teams and business sponsors through a level of ambiguity including business process change;

·         Working with the project manager and the business customer(s) to define requirements stakeholders, requirements conflict resolution procedures and the requirements team structure

·         Understanding the relevant Enterprise Architecture and Information Security standards, and defining how the requirements development will be conducted (i.e. elicitation, analysis, specification and validation)

·         Responsible for ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements



Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience writing and reviewing infrastructure business requirements covering Network, Security, Active Directory, Storage, Database, Virtualisation and Facilities Engineering domains
  • Strong command in best practices of data centre infrastructure management, support and service level agreements
  • Authoritative in underlying Authentication, Authorisation, Encryption and tunnelling technologies

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include the following key activities:
  • Implementing governance standards for the project according to the appropriate project lifecycle methodology (including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables)
  • Maintaining and co-ordinating the project RAID log
  • Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored
  • Preparing consolidated MI reporting packs for regular project and programme level reporting cycles (financials, plans, resourcing summaries RAID logs etc). 

Key Skills and Requirements:
Mandatory
  • 5+ years PSO analyst experience with strong all-round grounding in PSO operational tasks
  • Full lifecycle PSO experience gained in large/complex project environments in the corporate/private sector
  • Self-starter/ability to operate autonomously as a PSO in fast paced, dynamic, release orientated business environments using appropriate SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • PM or PSO qualifications (e.g. Prince 2, MSP, PMP, P3O)

Our client immediately requires a Digital Senior Business Analyst to work on an Agile project which will consolidate a number of Content Management Systems (CMS) for its high profile B2B and B2C online platforms.

This new role operates within the client's Digital Transformation Programme. The scope of the project is to consolidate a number of legacy CMS systems into one platform (Adobe CQ). Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be accountable for delivering the full business analysis throughout the lifecycle of this high profile project.

  • BA SME: Well-rounded BA skillset, with a strong appreciation of BA methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, Waterfall, Iterative (RUP) and particularly Agile (SCRUM), with the ability to use or pick up appropriate BA tools and approaches to match the requirement (e.g. BPMN, Use Case, Wireframes, MOSCOW).
  • Environment experience: Demonstrable track record of operating effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, challenging and delivery focussed project / programme environment.
Desirable
  • Business Analysis experience with fast-paced B2C digital platform environments in Telecoms or Media sectors
