Lottivue is a waterfront community that was established by Lottie M. Schmidt in 1958. It is located 30 miles Northeast of Metro Detroit in Chesterfield Township, Michigan on the beautiful Anchor Bay -- Lake St Clair.
Its beauty is maintained through effective organization, careful future planning, fiscal responsibility, diligent maintenance and, particularly, by the enthusiastic participation of all property owners in the constant community beautification and maintenance process.
