1. HEALING OUR PLANET

    In order for us to heal our planet, we must first heal humanity.

    In order for us to heal humanity, we must first heal ourselves.

    In order to heal ourselves, we must first re-connect our bodies and minds.

    Every time we stare mindlessly into a screen, our body and mind disconnect a bit.

    Every time we challenge our body with movement and breathe in fresh oxygen, we reconnect to our source.

    When our practice includes exploring three-dimensional space, we rewire our system, creating new synaptic connections and neural pathways to the brain.

    We expand our cellular function, supercharging the regeneration process.

    This is what we are doing while practicing AntiGravity®.

    Often there is an awakening that occurs in the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock that defies logical explanation.

    We are getting people in touch with themselves again, reconnecting body/mind/spirit. The technical term is Body Awareness Intervention (BAI).

    When we are in touch with our true selves, we make decisions that are kinder to our planet and to one another.  We envision life from a grander perspective.

    This is the objective of AntiGravity techniques.

    It is our way of helping to save humanity, making us more connected and mindful.

    AntiGravity Techniques are green technology, not harmful to our environment.

    When we practice AntiGravity we doing our part towards bettering humanity and saving our planet.

    St. Valentines Day is known as a day for lovers, but it is not just for couples (although marketers would tell you different).  Yes, if you have a special someone then by all means, enjoy conjuring up some romance (perhaps even spooning while cocooning), but the majority of the population is not coupled.  If this is you, here is how you too can enjoy the sacred day of LOVE. 

    To LOVE is to open your heart to all the beauty that surrounds you. Slow down and see the world through a new set of eyes on Valentines Day.

    To LOVE is to share your light with another.  Allow yourself to connect with people you might normally walk past.  Give them a smile and a hello.  Every connection lightens your day.

    To LOVE is to feel the beating of your heart and understand that it is connected to every other living entity on this planet, to mother nature herself.  To feel loved, we simply have to remember that we are never alone and that our very essence is love.

    To LOVE is to give freely without expectation of reciprocation. Choose to perform a random act of kindness then take a breath and savor the love that fills you up from doing so.

    Make every day Valentines Day by opening yourself to LOVE in all its many forms.  To stay Open & Free find yourself in an AntiGravity class, it’s what we do!

    AntiGravity® is proud to announce a 1-Day AntiGravity® Training Program for Personal Trainers.

    This special 1-day training from the creators of AntiGravity® Yoga & Fitness is specifically designed for Personal Trainers (PT) who care about the “Decompression Factor” to promote balance for their clients. 

    In order to minimize injuries and shorten recovery time, a hard training session should be balanced with a decompression activity.                         

    This AntiGravity 1on1 class design, aptly called “D-Kink” is meant to get the kinks out utilizing the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock for spinal traction, enhanced mobility and a floating massage.

  6. Honoring Giuliana Schlempp for Mother’s Day

    For Mother’s Day this year we at AntiGravity honor the late Giuliana Schlempp who passed away one year ago this week. She was a great champion of AntiGravity for all 25 years of our existence.  As mother of Alex Schlempp, Managing Partner at AntiGravity, she was consistently supportive, resourceful and ever-so-intuitive. From our inception she nurtured the vision of our company and never wavered in giving both sound advice and kudos for our many accomplishments. As mother and confidant for the man who has kept AntiGravity flying for over 20 years, we honor Giuliana’s enormous contributions.
