Beulah Larson

Beulah Mae Larson, age 83, of Willmar, died Thursday afternoon April 2, at Bethesda Pleasant View Nursing Home in Willmar, MN.

Funeral services will be 2pm on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the Willmar Bible Church in Willmar. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Willmar. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to Rice Hospice. Arrangements are with Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar.

Beulah was born August 11, 1931 in Lucan Mn, the daughter of Alfred and Edna (Marquardt) Benson. Beulah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Beulah was married to Weldon Larson on December 8, 1990. Beulah spent her life in service to others, either taking care of her family or her volunteering for Meals on Wheels, or working at Compassionate Care in Willmar. She loved to refinish old furniture, bake angel food cakes from scratch and go for long walks with her husband Weldon. Beulah lived her life in service to others, because of her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Beulah is survived by her husband: Weldon Larson of Willmar; five children: Harry (and Colleen) Johnson of Maynard, Tim (and Karen) Johnson of Texas, Kevin (and Sara) Johnson of Atwater, Nancy (and Steven) Oates of Savage, and Nathan Davidson of Spicer; stepsons: Larry Larson of Becker, and Michael Larson of Litchfield; ten grandchildren:  Jessica Johnson of Ramsey, Tanya Johnson of Spicer, Rose (and Trevor) Solley of Texas, Scott (and Christina) Johnson of Minnetonka, Lisa (and Shawn) Paulson of San Francisco, Nicole Johnson (and fiance Reed Franklin) of Brainerd, Isaac (and Sara) Johnson of Kerkhoven, Alicia Johnson (and Brian Reams) of Florida, Emily (and Phillip) Deisch of Baltimore, Derek Oates of Savage; ten great-grandchildren: Josh, Kaylee, Hunter, Sydney, Brighton, Elaina, Iver, Kai, Melia and Rowan; six brothers: Norman (and LaDonna) Benson of Waconia, Lyle (and Betty) Benson of Burnsville, Alvin (and Faye) Benson of Farmington, Harvey (and Brenda) Benson of Farmington, Stanley (and Virginia) Benson of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Tom (and Donna) Benson of Star, Idaho; three sisters: Betty Jeseritz of Granite Falls, Yvonne (and Mike) Walsh of Prior Lake, Audrey Wells of Redwood Falls; numerous nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents; a sister: Jean Benson, and three brothers: Dale Benson, Gary Benson and Dallas Benson.
