A 6,500 SF new construction office building for American Safeguard Insurance in the heart of Conway. The building has a simple, modern form that brings the outdoors in and showcases the structure of the roof.

This building is home to the Grace Bible Theological Seminary. It houses a large meeting space, offices, and a large theological library.
