With over 15 years of leadership experience, my journey began in retail management at a young age. Despite being the youngest employee in the company, I embraced the role with dignity and pride, motivated by the responsibility I felt towards those who looked up to me as a leader. Despite facing numerous challenges, I set clear expectations and guided my team to unprecedented success, revitalizing a retail store that had struggled for years.
What I initially thought would be the culmination of my leadership journey turned out to be just the beginning. As I transitioned from one company to another, it became evident to those around me that I possessed qualities of leadership that I had not fully recognized myself. While I initially believed my motivation was purely financial, I came to realize that my true purpose was to create an environment where those under my leadership felt valued and appreciated.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology while working in Human Resources with a focus on Learning & Development. In this capacity, I am dedicated to crafting innovative employee onboarding programs and fostering enhanced skill development initiatives.
