Payment lists

Create payments lists

This option allows you to create and send payment lists, which you can either complete or leave blank for later submission.

Simply follow the steps below:

These lists are made up of two sections.

Header

  • Select the Account number.
  • Select the Currency: EUR
  • Date from: Date from which the list will start being valid.
  • Date to: Date from which the list will become Due and stop being valid.

Details

Each detail page contains 10 orders, although there may be multiple detail pages within a list.

The contents of each order are as follows:

Details of the order (mandatory fields):

  • Enter the Amount.
  • Select the Amount Type: this may be either an exact amount, in which case the order should match the amount entered, or a maximum amount, in which case the order should be lower than or equal to the amount entered.
  • Select the Due date: Date from which the order will become valid. If no due date is specified, the header date will be used as due date.
  • Binoculars: This icon allows you to run a search in the regular beneficiaries database and move beneficiaries to the list creation option.

Supplier details (non-mandatory fields)

  • Enter the Reference (Ref): This is the reference given to regular suppliers in the regular beneficiaries database. If this field is completed, the remaining supplier details will be completed with the data contained in the database.
  • Enter Name: Name of the supplier to which the order relates.
  • Enter the N.I.F. of the supplier to which the order relates. For orders with a maximum amount, this field becomes mandatory.

Once all details have been entered, two options are available: Save or Reset.

  • Save: This validates the data entered and shows a new detail page.
  • Reset: This clears the data shown on screen.

A new screen is displayed with 5 options:

  • Save: This validates the data entered and shows a new detail page.
  • Reset: This clears the data shown on screen.
  • Start: This shows all the details already saved and allows you to delete detail lines.
  • Summary: This shows a summary report of the orders entered.
  • Sign: This initiates the process of signing the list with the relevant validations.
