be. Salon Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you. This may include shortening your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment.
For cancellations we require 24 hours notice. If we do not receive 24 hour notice of cancellation or you do not show to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the amount of the services booked.
A credit card is required for clients booking appointments online or for new clients booking appointments longer than 2 hours. The card will only be charged in the event of less than 24 hours notice or no show.
