I have my own law firm in Brussels since 2004, after having gained work experience in several international firms.

Court proceedings in Belgian courts are my main focus.
I represent clients in sectors like Mining, Automobile, IT, Construction. I have also represented some private interests.
Advice is offered on all of the commercial matters I deal with in court, as well as contractual and general corporate matters, with audit and accountancy being a special topic of interest.
My clients are mainly Scandinavian, with a presence in Brussels. Some clients only have a commercial interest in Belgium and no permanent establishment.
Should your company or organisation (or a staff member) require representation in a court of law in the Kingdom of Belgium, my firm will happily accept the challenge, charging local fees : at my firm, Scandinavian clients do not pay more than Belgian clients.
The outcome of your case will determine the fees. Costs and fees can be wholly or partly recovered if the case is succesful. Minimal fees are charged should the end result not meet expectations.
